Throw a scoop of R.L. Burnside, some Legendary Shack Shakers, a hint of Left Lane Cruiser, and a healthy dose of T-Model Ford into a rattling blender, set it to full power, and you get Bacon Fat Louis. This trio from the east of the Netherlands doesn't like fuss or unnecessary frills; they just play really greasy, no-nonsense boogie, garage, and blues of the dirtiest kind. Expect a furious rhythm with a roaring homemade cigar box guitar, rousing vocals, and a growling blues harp. Standing still is not an option when this three-headed blues monster is unleashed in the field.
