During their brief existence in the 1990s, The Loved Ones became an absolute crowd favorite, praised for their boundless energy and memorable live performances. After a long period of silence, they are now back in their original line-up featering Bart Davenport, Michael Therieau, Xan McCurdy and John Kent.

This quartet draws on a wide array of influences: from rebellious ’60s garage rock to deep Southern soul, from steaming Chicago blues to swinging New Orleans R&B. Yet they are much more than the sum of these parts. The Loved Ones have a distinctive, seasoned, and authentic sound, occasionally recalling the early work of The Yardbirds—vintage, yet modern.

Under the watchful eye of Nick Waterhouse, the finishing touches are currently being put on a brand-new album—a tantalizing preview of what awaits us!
