Marlon Pichel

Rot­ter­dam-based musi­cian Mar­lon Pichel is deeply root­ed in his musi­cal pas­sion. He took the stage for the first time at the age of 9, show­cas­ing not only a pow­er­ful and soul­ful voice but also excep­tion­al tal­ent on the drums. His innate musi­cal abil­i­ties quick­ly marked him as one of the most promis­ing tal­ents in Dutch soul.

Fronting his own band, Mar­lon deliv­ers a delight­ful blend of soul and rock and roll. This musi­cal jour­ney cul­mi­nat­ed in his debut album, ​“Good Ol’ Lov­ing”, with its title track prompt­ly receiv­ing the pres­ti­gious Radio Veron­i­ca Oorkonde.

Influ­enced by leg­ends such as Otis Red­ding and Wil­son Pick­ett, Pichel effort­less­ly trans­ports you back to the vibrant sounds of the 60s and 70s. Brace your­self for a dynam­ic per­for­mance, as he declares, ​“I Wan­na Boo­gie”!
