Darrell Nulisch is a bluesman of the highest caliber. Born in Dallas, he co-founded the legendary Rockets and spent years as a frontman alongside greats such as Anson Funderburgh, Ronnie Earl, and James Cotton. His style blends Chicago blues with gospel-infused R&B. Nulisch possesses a voice that can be both powerful and understated. As if that weren’t enough, he is also a gifted harmonica player.
For his performance in Ospel, he will be supported by an experienced ensemble featuring guitarists Chris Vitarello and Kenan Özdemir, bassist Erkan Özdemir, organist Dave Limina, and drummer Lorne Entress. A unique group, reflecting decades of musical mastery.
