Doghouse Sam & his Magnatones BE/NL

After a few years of rel­a­tive silence, this Bel­gian-Dutch trio returned in 2023 with the telling album Gone Too Long. Their sound remains unchanged: pure, raw blues that lives. Deeply root­ed in the tra­di­tion­al blues and roots of the ​’50s, they man­age to bring it across in a fresh, con­tem­po­rary way.

The band is led by the ver­sa­tile Wouter Celis (aka Dog­house Sam) on vocals, gui­tar, and blue­sharp. He is joined by drum­mer Franky Gomez and new­com­er Mar­ti­jn Ubaghs on bass. These guys guar­an­tee a pow­er­ful live show, with the joy of per­form­ing radi­at­ing from the stage!
